 Record Description Cloned grove of approximately 15 aspen trees including multi stem trees and fallen trees, on chert strata on the eastern side of the steep sided ravine immediately below Hugill Force.

 Common / Notable Species Rowan the only other tree species on the chert strata here. This is in contrast to the species-rich woodland in the Lower Ravine which is on the underlying Great Limestone.
